Jeff Friday

Coach Friday has a heart for developing people both on and off the court. He has identified four areas that are universal in building stature in sport and life. Friday’s four foundations of physical, mental, social and spiritual growth are the bedrock of his success. He closes the gap between where individuals are and where they want to be. These principles and concepts are instilled in his recently published book "Built 4 Winning".

He has more than 28 years of experience in coaching high school, college and professional athletes. Friday has implemented athletic development programs in intercollegiate men’s and women’s sports that have allowed athletes to succeed at the highest levels.

Friday has spent 21 seasons in the National Football League working with elite athletes to get them to the top of their game. He has helped his teams achieve 14 playoffs, including a Super Bowl Championship, and has coached 40 players voted to the NFL’s all-star game, the Pro Bowl. Nine of these players have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Friday earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. He also holds a certificate in therapeutic massage. In 2000, Friday was named Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year by a vote of his peers in the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society.
