Coach James Bolin has participated in basketball projects in over 26 countries worldwide, many of which were as a tour director for Athletes in Action. During his playing days on the court, he was a point guard at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, where he led the NCCAA in assists as a senior. Prior to coming on staff with AIA, he also coached at his alma mater, Moody. He has a passion for helping people reach their dreams in basketball and life, and his diverse life experience and worldwide network help provide a platform to do so. James has worked with one of the top shooting coaches in the world to design a bold, modern approach to player development that is heavily focused on decision making, physicality, and mental toughness.
James grew up in Paradise, California, and has now settled down with his wife, Jenna, and their two daughters, Selah Joy and Keziah. One of his favorite Bible verses is John 16:33.
